Application:

Scope of application: This machine is specially used for slitting and rewinding of reel packaging materials such as BOPP/PET/PVC/CPP/PE/laminated film/aluminized film/self-adhesive/various kinds of paper, etc. It is widely used in the printing and packaging industry.

Characteristic:

1. The machine adopts Siemens PLC to control the fixed length, with automatic counting and alarm stop function when there is no material.

2. The unwinding adopts conjoined/split hydraulic shaftless type, and is equipped with automatic deviation correction function.

3. The rewinding and unwinding is controlled by servo motor, which is stable at high speed.

4. Circular knife/flat knife slitting structure, waste edges are automatically removed by fans.

5. The unloading adopts automatic push arm method, and is equipped with manual packing frame structure.
