The machine is a four side sealing forming and packaging machine developed by our company, which is designed and developed for the integration of automatic forming and packaging in medical dressing industry. It is suitable for medical dressing paste, Pu dressing paste, plaster paste, eye paste and other products. The release paper roll material is automatically stripped, pasted, compounded, cut and formed, and then automatically packaged and made into bags. The whole machine is driven by ten servo motors and adopts motion controller to program the operation of the whole machine, including servo traction, batch number printing, reciprocating heat sealing, vertical and horizontal cutting and finished product transportation. The machine has superior performance and convenient operation.

This machine adopts imported servo motor, motion controller and man-machine interface, which is easy to operate and stable in performance.

The touch screen display shows the host speed, cutting length, width, set bag length, heat sealing and feeding time, and output at a glance.
